What we do: We help our clients generate a powerful, lasting market impression utilitizing the unique "promotability" of the pocket in the hat and branding the "open space" on the outside surfaces of the hat. Each hat unit creates an incredible promotional tool for branding and event promotions. The pocket can be used to insert couponing or other promotional items (products or mini-dvd's) to capture greater customer awareness and loyalty. The additional contents per hat unit multiply the branding and marketing opportunities generating additional ROI by selling the units or redeemable coupons to drive traffic to your establishment. We work with our clients to establish innovative promotional programs that can be largely self funding. By working with your sales and marketing partners, or sponsors, we can creatively offset the upfront investment and establish event sales. The consumer or event participant gets great branded "SWAG" and you get an additional riskless revenue stream. |

How we do it: UrGear is able to offer the entire process from Product Planning to value-added Distribution. On the planning side, we work with multiple customer types (event managers, product manufacturers, retailers, service providers, etc.) to create the right hat unit and program elements to achieve your goals. It can be as simple as "Here's the event logo, create it, give me 100,000 runners hats to hand out after the race," or it can be more complex where a retailer and several product manufacturers create a promotional hat unit that integrates in-store promotions with a revenue share. No matter the program requirements, we are able to deliver the right promotional concepts to support your goals. |

On the Distribution side, we are set up to get hat units into the right hands where they will be most effective. For retailers, our support ensures sufficient inventory, or track reward redemptions of a promotional card inserted in the pocket of each hat unit. For event managers, we are able to make sure that the promotional components are executed correctly, including managing on-site event sales of hat units. |
